H.M. Queen Sirikit has deemed it desirable that traditional Thai-style clothes for women become established. Her Majesty has, therefore, commissioned a number of garments to be designed and made for different occasions; for instance, Thai Chitralada for daytime formal occasions or for greeting foreign dignitaries
